V-Mill Homogenizers
- The Homogenizers are essential procedures for homogenizing and smoothing all pharmaceutical and food products, such as (coating liquids, creams, ointments, human and veterinary drug liquids and suspensions, specialties, ketchup, mayonnaise, and similar items…).
- They are used to homogenize and smooth various types of products and low-viscosity liquids in various forms depending on the product’s nature.
- Homogenizers are characterized by their long life, high performance, and low maintenance costs.
- The homogenizer is detachable and reassembled for cleaning and periodic maintenance.
Technical Data
| Style | Homogenizers body | Productivity (L/h) | Hopper capacity (Litter) | Product viscosity (cps) | inlet and outlet | Minimum fineness of product (microns) | The capacity of the motor (KW) | R.P.M |
| V-Mill-3 | 316L | 150-1000 | 15 | 2000 | Tri-clamp | 5 – 25 | 3 | 2800 |
Recommendations:
- Measured on water Actual productivity depends on product viscosity density and product conveying area Productivity was calculated for water density.
- The homogenizer is mounted on a base with a covers 304.
- Multiple measurements can be requested according to the required specifications.

Main parts
- Homogenization chamber equipped with:
– 65-liter conical funnel that can be detached and attached using a clamp located at the homogenizer inlet.
- Homogenization head:
– Located inside the homogenization chamber and driven by a motor. The motor shaft is made of stainless steel and equipped with a mechanical seal (cooling). The homogenization head consists of two parts:
– An internal rotating part (Rotor) helps push the product into the homogenizer chamber.
– An external fixed part (Stator) performs the homogenization and smoothing process to achieve the desired consistency.
- The homogenizer chamber is equipped with a two-outlet T and a manual butterfly valve:
– The first outlet is used to circulate the product and return it to the funnel during operation.
• The second outlet is used to empty the product from the homogenizer chamber and drain the washing solution after the washing process in Area C
Option
- Modified the funnel design to be a double jacket (heating).
- Modified the homogenization chamber design to be a double jacket (heating).
- Modified the homogenizer head design to be able to smooth (1-5) micron fineness preparations.
- Modified the motor design to be flame-resistant.
- Control panel equipped with an inverter to control the rotation speed of the homogenizer head.
