Technical Data

Style Homogenizers body Productivity (L/h) Product viscosity (cps) inlet and outlet Minimum fineness of product (microns) The capacity of the motor (KW) R.P.M
H-Mixer-5 316L 500-4000 from 5000 Tri-clamp 25-100 4 2800
H-Mixer-10 316L 1000-8000 from 5000 Tri-clamp 25-100 7.5 2800

Recommendations:

  • Measured on water Actual productivity depends on product viscosity density and product conveying area  Productivity was calculated for water density.
  • The homogenizer is mounted on a base with a covers 304.

Additional information

Type

H-Mixer-5, H-Mixer-10

Main parts

  • Homogenization chamber: Equipped with:

1- (50.8) mm port equipped with clamp for product inlet.

2- (38.1) mm port equipped with a clamp for product outlet.

3- drain port for the CIP process.

  • Homogenization Head:

1- It is located inside the homogenization chamber and is motor-driven. The motor shaft is made of stainless steel.

2- It is equipped with a mechanical seal (cooling). The homogenization head consists of two parts:

– A Rotor helps push the product into the homogenization chamber.

– A Stator performs the homogenization and smoothing process, achieving the desired consistency.

  • Base: with fixed, calibratable legs.

Option

  • IP 65 plastic control panel.
  • EX
  • The homogenizing chamber has two outlets and is equipped with all necessary connections:

1- The first outlet is for recycling the product and returning it to the main preparation tank during operation.

2- The second outlet is for emptying the product from the homogenizing chamber and transferring it to the holding tank.
