  • Air atomizing nozzles require an air compressor to supply compressed air
  • The special internal structure of air atomizing nozzles is designed to evenly mix the liquid and air to produce a spray with fine droplets.
  • Each spray unit consists of an air cap and a liquid cap, and is capable of providing both fan and round spray patterns. The above components are interchangeable, while they they are for same body dimension and orifice diameter
  • Internal mix type: The airflow and liquid flow are not independent, changes in airflow will affect liquid flow
  • External mix type: Air and liquid flow can be controlled separately, without changing the liquid flow rate; adjusting only the airflow can control atomization.
